A car-market analysis platform for importers, dealers and used-car lots. Vehicle valuation based on comparable listings (mileage regression + adjustments), an import profitability calculator (excise, customs, VAT margin), a listings database with data pulled from a link, price history, a sales pipeline and CRM. Built for the Polish market: NBP exchange rates, VAT-margin.

Ships an MCP server for agents. elodex.pl is the project's landing page – the tool itself runs entirely on the user's own machine.

A voice assistant that runs in the background in the Windows tray. It understands and replies in Polish, performs tasks on the computer and in the browser, remembers preferences, prepares a daily report, stays silent during meetings, adds events to Google Calendar and watches the Gmail inbox. Speech recognition and voice run locally.

An app that helps a patient draft their own review of a visit. The patient opens a page from a QR code, rates the criteria, and Gemini generates a draft in Polish – the patient can edit it and publish it on Google themselves. A single installation serves many clients (multi-tenant), with a strong focus on privacy.

A private tool for studying from a medical textbook. A browser side panel saves the chapters the user picks to a dedicated server on Google Cloud, and the assistant answers strictly from that material, citing the chapter every time – it never adds anything from outside the textbook. On top of that: notes with version history and export to Markdown, PDF and Word, cross-chapter summaries and flashcards with a review schedule.

A recruitment and management system for post-secondary education (universities, post-secondary schools, high schools for adults). Agencies recruit candidates via a multi-step form, an admin assigns them to profiles and fields of study, and the candidate tracks recruitment and their studies and downloads certificates. Document OCR (Tesseract + Meilisearch – matching despite typos), certificate generation from templates, payment/installment modules, batched email notifications and activity logs. Bilingual system.

Development / co-creation

A lightweight, config-driven CMS in PHP – no database and no framework. Content lives in JSON files, and one-click publishing generates static HTML. An admin panel with a section editor, gallery (upload + alt), drag-and-drop menu, blog and contact-form messages. The engine behind Porządna Strona's client sites.

I am a project and operations manager and product owner with years of experience in IT. I work as a freelancer from Toruń, Poland, serving companies remotely across Poland and the EU. I run projects end to end: from analysis and quoting, through delivery, to maintenance and growth.

I combine two perspectives: a product-and-technical one – I understand system architecture, technologies and AI deployments – and a managerial one – I plan, coordinate teams and deliver projects on time. That way I speak the same language as developers and as the business.
